Dear Friend,
My name is Rochelle Togo-Figa, and I love selling.
I started my
professional selling career over 22 years agoo and despite a number of
challenges and bumps in the road, I have enjoyed going to work every
day. I took great pride when my customers made a purchase from me and my
goods and services helped them improve their business.
I am a people person,
despite my four brothers and sisters bickering
with me, starting when I was just a few years old. At the dinner table,
they told me to “Be Quiet.”
Odd as life is, perhaps my love of people and interest in helping people
led me to select a career in selling. That was 1984.
As a student of people and a passionate person, my goal is to help
people succeed in business. And that includes my:

new accounts, and increase their profitability,
- Sales Professionals I coach—to help them increase their selling skills, increase their performance
levels and improve their consistency, and
- Customers—whether my products

bosses.
Over the course of my 22+ -year career in selling and sales
coaching, I conducted a study of “What made some sales
professionals soar and others fail.”
Early on, I observed that a number of particular traits and
characteristics led some sales professionals to close sale after sale,
day after day, and some businesses post double and triple digit growth
for years in a row.
These brand new observations fascinated me.
Immediately, I realized I wanted to SOAR and win the sales contest every time.
Then as a sales professional at an internationally recognized training company, I sold customized sales and presentation skills programs to Fortune 500 Companies, including Altria and General Electric and now Merrill Lynch and MetLife.
I honed my sales and presentation skills and began developing the early version of the Sales Breakthrough System.
